Being a man in Macbeth meant that you had to be masculine and that you had to be powerful in order to truly feel like a man. Macbeth was persuaded and taunted by his own wife, which spiraled him into insanity.
Being a man in today's world honestly seems very difficult. There are still unspoken standards that some men feel like they need to follow to prove that they are manly. Most men in todays society still feel like they need to be the main provider in their family and need to look a certain way to just be a man.
I don't agree with the way men are looked at in society, I feel like everyone should be able to not worry about how men look or judge their manliness.
